Owner Robert Viox opened his first family-run restaurant and food truck in 2017 with the mission to serve the best hickory smoked BBQ in the region. And no doubt he’s reached that goal having been named the Best BBQ in Northern Kentucky three times at Four Mile Pig. Robert’s latest restaurant, Bristol’s is named after Robert’s middle granddaughter. “Bristol is a comfortable and calming presence in our family who lights up the room,” he says with a smile. “Naming the restaurant after her is my way of creating a legacy—a place where she can always feel at home.” and now it is yours to enjoy at Liberty Collective.
